Third – Today’s the day
Arrival for surgery is usually 1 – 2 hours prior to your operation time.
If required, we will supply transport FREE of charge* to
and/or from
your home to the hospital for your operation.
On arrival, the nursing team will admit you to your private
room,
and you will be visited by your
surgeon and anaesthetist, who
will answer any pre-op
queries you may have.
The surgeon will also take a
pre-operative photograph.
Following your surgery you are given pain
relief and other
necessary medications. Take-home medications
are also supplied within the price you pay.
Finally – Recover
Follow the postoperative instructions
supplied, and
return for your scheduled postoperative
appointments
with the surgeon and his nursing team.
